- We collect personal details (name, phone, email, property details) only for the purpose of scheduling inspections, preparing reports, and communicating with clients.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law or when submitting reports directly to developers as part of our service.
- All reports and client data remain confidential and are shared only with the client and, when authorized, with the relevant developer.
- By engaging our services, you consent to our use of your information for the delivery of inspection services and any follow-up re-inspections.
Refund policy
Our services involve professional inspection and reporting, which require time, effort, and expertise.
- Once the inspection is completed and the report is issued, fees are non-refundable.
- If a cancellation is requested before the inspection date, and payment has been made, a refund will be issued minus any administrative fees (5% of the total invoice).
- In cases where services cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances on our side, we will issue a full refund or reschedule the inspection at no extra cost.
Cancelation Policy
We understand that schedules may change, and we aim to accommodate clients whenever possible.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection will be rescheduled at no extra charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the inspection, or failure to provide property access at the agreed time, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the inspection fee.
- If the client does not attend or provide access on the inspection date, the appointment will be considered canceled, and fees paid will be forfeited.
- Free re-inspection (within 60 days) remains available as per the contract, but any additional re-inspections will follow the agreed charge of 35%.
